Training Course on (Customer Services)

Abu Dhabi Businesswomen Council organized in cooperation with the ( Emirates Academy) a training course for the councils member on (customer service) , the training held during the period from 22-23 November 2009 in the Abu Dhabi Chamber Of Commerce & Industry Tower.

The training course included the following topics:
• Communication Skills
• Analysis of customers and methods of customer service.
• stress management strategy.

At the end of the session certificates were distributed by the Emirates Academy to the participants in the training course.
