1. The licence shall be obtained from the Department of Planning and Ecomomy in both Abu Dhabi and Al Ain, Al Ain after getting a preliminary approval from the Abu Dhabi Businesswomen Council.
It is stipulated that women-national licensees shall practise their specified licensed activities from a given home and that the licence shall be confined to a single activity only. Women licensees shall undertake not to breach any of the terms and conditions set by the competent authority, otherwise the licence shall be deemed null and void and the woman licensee acting in violation of the law and in contravention of the licence-related provisions be held responsible for all legal and administrative consequences resultant
therefrom. The licence-granting authority shall accordingly be fully entitled to take appropriate actions at its discretion.
2. Obtaining the Abu Dhabi Chamber of Commerce and Industry (ADCCI)'s membership.
